​Another way you can participate is with our Employer Roundtables. This group provides solutions and best practices in recruiting, retaining and empowering you the employer to find innovative ways to recruit and hire employees. ​One struggle we can say doesn’t go away is lack of childcare. As our region grows, we want families to    remain here, but finding quality childcare is difficult. If you are a childcare center and provide services, we want to hear from you. We want to your input and information so we can share with our local employers.

We are proud of our community and want to reach out to those who moved away and ask them to “come home!”  The Central, Northeast Region is a beautiful place to live. There are numerous opportunities for creating a comfortable lifestyle for you and your family.

Are you interested in starting a business or have started a business and are in need of resources. B.I.D.A. is eager to work with you! There are many financial incentives and free resources we can introduce you to, to help grow your business.   ​
