What is B.I.D.A.?

Berwick Industrial Development Association (B.I.D.A.) is an economic development organization whose focus is improving the economy of the region through marketing and managing industrial assets, as well as the retention, expansion and recruitment of business and industry throughout the Central, Northeast Region. B.I.D.A. also contributes to the community through revitalization efforts. 

B.I.D.A. Industrial Complex

B.I.D.A.'s Industrial Complex which originally encompassed 155 acres of land, lies in the heart of Berwick's Business District. The B.I.D.A. Industrial Complex was the original site of the first Stuart Tanks used in WWII and is now home to several manufacturing and warehousing businesses.

​B.I.D.A. Administrative Building

B.I.D.A.'s Administrative Office is located in the Eagles Building which is positioned​ right off the Berwick - Nescopeck Bridge. The Eagles Building, located in Downtown Berwick, with approximately 23,560 square feet of office space, is utilized by various local non-profits of our community.
